Important Dates

Friday 31st March | Deadline for:

  • Booking hotel accommodation at the venue if required.

Friday 14th April | Deadline for:

  • Registering team passes
  • Purchasing a lead scanning license if desired
Thursday 20th April | Deadline for:
  • Sending tracking number to Charlotte for any packages being sent to the venue. 
Thursday 27th April | Deadline for: 
  • The collection of materials from the venue

Stand Packages

The standard package includes the following:

  • 2m x 2m exhibition space
  • 1 x table 
  • 2x chairs
  • Wi-Fi
  • Access to power (please bring a PAT tested extension lead).

Anything you do must stay within the allotted space and not exceed 2.5m feet in height.

Shipping Information

Items can be sent to the venue up to 3 days before the event.
 
Any items you wish to send to the venue should be clearly labelled. Please use the below format:

Timings

Setup

Tuesday, February 14 & Wednesday, February 15

Exhibitors can access their booth to set-up on the Tuesday from 5 pm, and from 7:00am on the Wednesday.

All stands must be ready for main conference delegates arrival at 8:00 am.

Breakdown

Thursday, February 16

Exhibitors need to vacate their stand by 3pm on the Thursday. Please note, you are responsible for setting up and breaking down of your own booth.
